Today is December 27, 2007 and I have been looking at my phone now for weeks wondering if it is turned on or not…what to do?
No buyers…sellers are getting concerned wondering why there is no showings on their properties. Hopefully after the first of the year buyers will be ready to buy again. I currently have 2 listings one which is in Woodville, AL and the other is in Princeton, AL. Both of them need some showings so buyers you need to get off from the fence and get ready to buy a home!
As they say I am looking to “Ring in the New Year” with buyers, and if you are a FSBO(person wanting to sale their home own their own) let Kim Wilbourn do the “Home” work for you!

Today is Christmas Day! It has been a wonderful day sitting at home with my children enjoying watching them play their new games, and redecorating their rooms with new stuff. I have also been watching ABC Family TV watching Christmas shows. I love the month of December because there is so many good shows on.
This is a day to be thankful for everything that we have in life!
Merry Christmas to all my friends and family, and have a blessed day and a Happy New Year!
How long does it really take to forget how to do 6th grade math? I have been out of school for 14 years. My son comes home needing help with his homework, and this blew me away!
I couldn’t believe it. I don’t remember doing this type of math. I had to actually go over to the school and get the teacher to go over it with me. I really felt dumb. It was algebra work. I didn’t have this kind of work till I got into 8th grade. Things have changed now, and the teaching has also changed(in the ways a teacher shows the students) how to do the problems.
He will have a tutor starting the first of the year, and I may need to get tutored myself. It couldn’t heard to have a refresher course on math.
His teacher Mrs. Walls has been really helpful and understanding. If you would like more information about the school go to http://woodville.jch.schoolinsites.com/.

Today my husband wanted me to take a ride with him to Bingham Mountain located in Paint Rock Valley, AL(Jackson County). This is where he deer hunts at, and is gorgeous, peaceful! One day when we retire we will own land there, and build us a nice cabin to just sit and relax.
He showed me his cabin that him and his friends built for when they go up and camp opening day of deer season.
I am hoping that our cabin will be better than this one!
