Today I closed on my first HUD home. It was definitely a experience for me. Alot of paperwork, and not much communication from the attorney’s or the HUD Network. I was fortunate to have clients that understood, and I am glad that it was people that I knowed. I will no alot more now for my next one. I feel like a expert, and would love to sell alot more HUD homes. I learned alot, and now I will feel comfortable selling HUD homes.
Alot of people didn’t know that this morning at 8:00 a.m. Walmart was having some secret sales. I bought 50 inch Sanyo HDTV for $998.00. I had been looking at different places this week, but decided to wait for a sale. I couldn’t believe it. I went to Hampton Cove, AL and that Walmart only had 2. Needless to say I didn’t get one there so I called the Walmart in Scottsboro, AL and they still had one so I went there and bought one. I love it! It is great. Walmart also had a Acer Laptop Computer for $348, and I am sure there was some more good buys. Go to
